Kerry G.
The course has given me a big confidence boost in my skills as a facilitator. I’m already using the contracting techniques that we learnt on the course with different groups that I facilitate in my workplace. I also feel more prepared to deal with the challenges faced when facilitating groups and how to manage interventions.
Lauren T.
Really insightful and valuable, as well as enjoyable. All learning needs were met and exceeded because the group worked so well together, and the facilitators engaged so well. Very collaborative, sharing and open environment.
