CMI Level 3 Certificate in Management Coaching and Mentoring
The Level 3 qualifications in Coaching and Mentoring are designed to help managers to improve their communication and mentoring skills, performance in their coaching and mentoring role and improving their efficiency. The program is ideally suited to First Line Managers, Supervisors and Team leaders.
CERTIFICATE: A more extensive qualification, the Level 3 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring gives you a broader knowledge of coaching and mentoring skills, focusing on coaching and mentoring relationships, operational processes and evaluation techniques.
Suitability - Who should attend?
Learners must:
- Be 18 years of age and over
- Have considerable work experience as a team leader or a similar role.
- Possess the ability to complete the Level 3 Qualification
Outcome / Qualification etc.

Unit4- Coaching and mentoring processes
"The unit have a credit value of 7, 30GLH and 70 TUT. The unit is about how to enable the individuals and clients to achieve their potential by making significant changes in their thinking regarding the work process and knowledge. "
Unit5- Completing the coaching and mentoring process
"The unit have a credit value of 5, 20GLH and 50 TUT. This unit is about evaluating the coaching and mentoring process and identifying development opportunities for the coach, mentor, which will lead to the development of the organisation. "
Unit6- Understanding team dynamics
"The unit have a credit value of 7, 25GLH and 70 TUT. This unit is about recognising the abilities of an individual and how they will interact within the group and how team dynamics can be attained when the team members work collectively with mutual trust "
