Introduction to Secretarial and PA Skills Course - Virtual classroom 

This is a beginner course to provide the skills that can act as a stepping stone to get your first Junior Administration or Secretary role. You can also use this course to gain the necessary foundation to enrol on our PA Course or Administration Diploma.

Course Format

A two-day tutor-led course segment. This is then consolidated by supervision/assistance for one month of flexi-time study, which is designed to build your office skills around your schedule.

The two-day live course is also delivered Virtually.

Online Virtual Classroom Course

This course is taught in an Online Virtual classroom by an experienced tutor.

A virtual classroom enables a tutor to deliver a course to the attendees interactively, in which discussion and conversations are the same as a live classroom. The course contains the same content, schedule and practical activities as a live classroom course. This means that you can gain the same benefits of interactive classroom courses, using online software to attend the training from your work or home.

The course is ideal for a wide range of people, who are looking to get their first job as a junior secretary, office administrator or receptionist.

It is ideal for school leavers, people new to the UK that are seeking to transfer their skills to the job market and people with limited / no work experience in the UK.
