Well worth doing if you want some self improvement or are appointed as the first aid contact at work. I would recommend this course and company. John Mullen was a fantastic teacher and his expert knowledge was very interesting.

Attended a 3 day course at Warrington last week. As a qualified nurse i thought this would be an excersise of Jumping through hoops to complete the course.... how wrong i was. Our Trainer John Laverick was excellent. I felt his explanation of the subjects was very informative and I came away with a much revised attitude. John put everyone at ea...

We all found the experience highly enjoyable and informative, and have since put our new skills to good use dealing with incidents from scalds to fainting, sprained wrists and a head injury. The trainers Martin and Nigel are both incredible ambassadors for St John Ambulance and the training was so much more thorough and easy to understand than p...

The trainer knew everything but with a light and easy attitude, just what's needed for nervous pupils. Many thanks for the enjoyable experience.

Our trainer was amazing, very knowledgeable and inspired me to perhaps become a volunteer for St John Ambulance and do more courses.

I also have a young family so anything extra I can learnt to help them in an emergency would be invaluable. Having done the course I can't recommend it enough. I will be sending ...

I felt I had a lot of chances to practice and be assessed at the different scenarios. One o...

I wasn't exactly looking forward to it but the trainer put me completely at ease and allowed me to genuinely enjoy my time. I felt I gained valuable experience.
Christine Walker, Manor Vinegar
We were taught with lots of practise sessions and written group activities that were really easy to understand and engage in. I have done first aid for many years and this way of assessment is the best yet. It was far more relaxed and I felt more confident in passing all assessments.
Sarah Farmer, Melbourne Junior School
Our instructor was absolutely superb. Not only did he ensure the course was informative, well paced and thorough, but it was delivered with such enthusiasm and passion. I can honestly say that I haven't enjoyed a short course so much in my 29 years of working.
Amanda Leach, Exeter City Council
She made this course really interactive and enjoyable. I found the very practical/visual way she presented the course enabled me to really take in the information, and more importantly retain it.
