About the Level 3 Guest House Management Certificate

The hospitality industry comprises of multiple services such as catering, lodging, event planning, travel agencies or conference venues. Guest houses are part of the lodging category typically larger than a bed & breakfast but not licensed to serve alcoholic beverages. They are an important contributor to the local economy. Whether you plan to set one up as a business venture, or you are already a part of the industry, you will find this course a useful foundation to your hospitality training.

The guest house management course will start off with basic principles of management, continue with practical aspects of running a hospitality business (such as legal, financial, marketing, or equipment) and address the need for a business plan and what it entails.
