Cookery - Artisan Breadmaking
Cookery - Artisan Breadmaking [HDF6950G]: Overview
Take your Breadmaking skills up a notch, with this course. In the Artisan tradition, baking is seen both as a careful chemistry and as an art form. Detail is paid to the processes involved, so that specific crust and crumb textures are achieved. Even if you are used to making bread yourself, you will return home with new skills and expertise.
What will we cover?
The aim of this course is to learn how to produce a variety of stylish breads, and extend your baking skills, beyond the traditional plain white loaf. In this workshop you will concentrate on some slightly more unusual breads and dough, producing some more exciting breads for you to take home.
