Who is this course for? Is there anything I need to know before joining?
This course is suitable for all abilities, from beginners to those with more knowledge and experience of cooking. Less experienced or less confident cooks may be encouraged to limit the number of dishes they prepare.
This course is suitable for vegetarians. Although some of the planned recipes may include meat or fish, the tutor will always be able to suggest alternative ingredients.
