Drawing & Painting [ADF3713G]: Overview

Come and explore painting and drawing and learn some key techniques to improve your skills following this step by step approach.

What will we cover?

You will learn a range of drawing and painting techniques including perspective, proportion, light and shade (tonal work) and will cover subjects like still life, portrait, landscape and animal painting.

Who is this course for? Is there anything I need to know before joining?

All abilities, beginners welcome.

As our courses are taught in English, please contact us if you have any concerns about your level of English.

What do I need to bring to the first class? Will there be any extra costs?

For the first class please bring a pad of A3 paper, a pencil (preferably 2B) an eraser and if possible watercolour paints. The tutor will give you a full list of materials during the first lesson and will discuss how to tailor this to your budget.

The tutor will provide all pictures and objects you will need to draw but if you want to provide your own source materials please let the tutor know.
