Course description

Watercolour-Summer Landscapes-Watersoluble Pencils

Watercolour - Summer Landscapes - Watersoluble Pencils (SFY) [EDF319NZ]: Overview

This 1-day course will through a series of practical exercises and demonstrations establish a range of techniques, which can be used when working with water-soluble colouring pencils capturing summer landscapes.

What will we cover?

Trying different techniques to help you understand how you can work with watercolouring pencils as part of a painting or as a sketching medium. You will learn and practice the use of line, tone, colour, texture and composition and be encouraged to take part in group discussions.
There will be indoor and outdoor (if weather permits) exercises.

Have access to one to one support.

The overall aim is to help you develop and complete a series of smaller paintings/sketches using the techniques practiced.
