Training Course Content

Our program includes the following:

A kick-off call prior to the start of the training. This will cover:
What to expect from the course
How much study time you will need to set aside
How to apply to sit the exam (we will also review your application if needed)
Any pre-course questions you may have
A chance to meet the rest of your team on the course
A 36-hour (12 x 3-hour sessions) live instructor-led online training course, covering each process and knowledge area in depth, helping you to make sense of the PMBOK.
A WhatsApp support group
Post-course Study Review - We will come back together before your exam to discuss any final areas you may need support on, and particular questions or knowledge areas you are struggling with.
