The Engaging Leader - Leadership Skills Training Workshop
We're excited to launch 'The Engaging Leader' leadership development programme, aimed at developing more engaging, compassionate and caring leaders, to improve organisational cultures, and drive better business outcomes. Our three stand-alone workshops, open to everyone, are being run in 2020 - choose from May, June or July.
You may have heard of our innovative leadership development programmes we've been successfully running across various organisations over the last few years (if you haven't, check out our video testimonals!). Ever wondered how you could attend these sessions when your organisation hasn't signed up to the programmes? Well, this is for you!
From our work with some of the best-known brands across the UK, such as Bupa, Asda, Dunelm and the Royal College of Nursing, we have identified common themes that we've seen getting in the way of great leadership, great teams and great service.
Suitability - Who should attend?
This programme is suitable for anyone who is interested in developing their own leadership skills to become a more engaging leader (whether new, existing or aspiring leaders). We will cover a number of topics that will incorporate neuroscience and psychology research to help you be at your best, help you create a high performing team, and together offer amazing customer service (to both internal and external customers).
Training Course Content
The workshop will cover aspects of leadership such as:
- The impact of health, diet and stress on our ability to be our best at work
- Understanding our needs at work and the stresses that can be displayed when these are not met
- Developing techniques to carry out Reflective Practice, building in time to think, allowing for improved decisions
- Improving relationships at work, impacting upon trust - allowing us to create trusting environments
- Creating inclusive environments where people feel involved and valued
- Improving our communication and impact through coaching skills and improved clarity
