Our fun cupcakes course is perfect for beginners and baking enthusiasts who wish to learn the essential skills and tricks from the trade to improve their knowledge.Whether you are thinking of setting up your own business, making cupcakes for special occasions or are just an avid enthusiast, The Manchester College can offer the perfect course to provide you with the skills and knowledge to be successful within the hospitality and catering industries.This 3-week, part-time evening course will be ran as three practical sessions encapsulating the world of cupcakes. Initially you will be taught the different recipe technique to produce the perfect cupcake base. Secondly, you will learn to capture the perfect finished cupcake, from plain decoration to special event cupcakes for weddings and seasonal celebrations.
