What will I learn?

Deepen your knowledge of the travel and tourism industry with this Level 2 Diploma and continue to build up a strong set of skills that will help you achieve employment in a diverse range of jobs in the sector, or advance onto a Level 3 Diploma. You’ll explore a wide range of subjects on this course, with many revolving around customer service and how you can work with guests to ensure they have an amazing travel experience. You’ll delve into the UK Travel and Tourism Industry and learn all about a variety of visitor attractions in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Continuing your focus on the wider industry, you’ll look more closely at how airports operate, as well as how and why airlines offer different kinds of promotion. You’ll also begin to explore package travel, learning how tour operators build and sell different kinds of package holidays.
