Customer Care - Professional Development by Training Works

Suitability - Who should attend?

This course is suitable for anyone who looks after customers. They could be external or internal customers that you are communicating with via email, over the phone or face to face.  It can be designed to suit your organisation and is great for beginners and a wonderful refresher for more experienced delegates.

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon finishing this course.

Participants will explore a variety of topics throughout this course, including:

  • Some facts about customer care
  • So what do customers expect?
  • The difference between face to face and telephone communication
  • Guidelines for excellent telephone behaviour
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Developing your questioning and listening skills
  • Handling complaints
  • Taking messages

Expenses

Prices start from £795 per day. This includes all phone calls, planning, admin, preparation, design, delivery, training packs, copy write of the materials for the future and an email copy of the notes by request.
