As a manager, the part of my job I least enjoy is giving people negative feedback. Since attending this course I feel much more confident working with staff to come up with solutions. The "constructive conversations" I have been having since the course have been a lot more effective than what I was doing before hand. Highly recommended!

This is by far the best customer care course I have ever attended. I have been in customer servics for 23 years, so I have been on a few. Becca was really engaging and made the content really interesting. My favourite thing was the fact that there were loads of practical exercises meant I learned loads that I could implement at work the next day.
