Telephone Techniques - Professional Development by Training Works

This course is suitable for anyone who represents your organization over the phone. It can be designed to suit your organisation and is great for beginners and a wonderful refresher for more experienced delegates.

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon finishing this course.

Training content

The day will be a mixture of theory, practical exercises and discussion and the course content will include the following:

  • How to create a good impression on the telephone
  • How to create a bad impression on the telephone
  • The difference between telephone communication and face to face communication
  • Guidelines for excellent telephone behaviour 
  • Sounding friendly
  • Handling complaints
  • Taking messages
  • Guidelines for effective communication
  • Summary exercises

Expenses

Prices start from £500 per day. This includes all phone calls, planning, admin, preparation, design, delivery, training packs, copy write of the materials for the future and an email copy of the notes by request.
